All good and comfortable and noteworthy exceptional service from all the quarters. Hope to return for sure in near future and recommend to my dear ones. Everything was just heavenly and breathtaking the location, the surrounding, and the people.

My all hard earned money wasted on your risky non refundable hotel booking. Due weather conditions i requested to change check in date or partial refund but no response given by your team i also request for coupan for next booking but no response from you

Stay was okay and cozy but the food quality could be improved. Towels were old and torned, carpet, table cloth were dirty. Service were prompt.

Just a simple room like slum homes. Not worth it for 2300 for single day. Not recommended ever. Dont waste your hard earn money.

Location and view is very good. You could see himalayas and peaks covered with snow. Staff was very polite and humble and provided all assitance. Only drawback was our room as carpet was stinky and very dusty in room. No proper lights and ventilation was provided for washroom. They should work upon this. Only thing covers it all when the staff is nice so it made our 2 days stay well spent. Thanks dornagiri staff.

Extremely impressed with the helpful, polite staff. I was extremely impressed with my stay. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite, making my experience outstanding. From a smooth check-in to excellent concierge recommendations and spotless housekeeping, their attention to detail and genuine friendliness made my visit memorable. Highly recommend for top-notch service and a wonderful stay.

We travel-led as a family during the christmas holidays. The property is decent with proper room heating and hot water in the room. It's an old hotel and that shows in the room and furnishings, but it doesn't affect the quality of stay in the hotel. Attached restaurant provides good food.
